Financial Policy

We offer a variety of payment options that make us accessible to our patients.

We accept cash patients on a fee-for-service basis with payment due at the time services are rendered. If you think you have a financial hardship, please let the front desk know so arrangements can be made.

For patients with insurance, we will verify the extent of your coverage and review the results with you before and during your report of examination findings. That way you will know what your insurance covers before you begin care. However, the final extent of your coverage and the exact amount of your liability can only be determined after your bills have been processed by your insurance carrier.

We know that your family budget is important and for this reason we also office a wide variety of payment plans to keep your monthly cost down while you reach your healthiest self.

At your convenience we also accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, personal check, and Care Credit.

Late / Cancellation Policy

Please arrive at least five minutes before your scheduled appointment time in order to ensure a complete session. We try our best to run on time and we hope you will as well.

  • If you arrive late, your session will still end at its scheduled time or your appointment may be pushed until we can get you in.
  • If you can’t make your regularly scheduled appointment we request that you provide 24 hr notice. If there is no notice we hold the right to charge a no show fee or late cancellation fee.

We run on time and are available for your appointments, so we expect the same in return. These policies were developed out of mutual respect for your time and ours. We look forward to positively impacting your health and life. Thank you for your understanding.
